  1. Milton 'Stan' Standridge

I am a convert and share my conversion story, not only with the RCIA, but also at various retreats, such as Cursillo’s and ARISE. The story tends to let people know that God can make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear. 🙂

  2. I was received into full membership in the Roman Catholic Church eleven years ago. The story of my journey resonates with the inquirers and others because it is concrete and tangible whereas doctrine is head knowledge. My encounter with Christ enables others to relate their encounters with Christ and to realize that this is real and life-changing. Stories speak to a person’s heart which is exactly where our Lord Jesus Christ seeks to dwell. Then the head knowledge can be better understood in the light of Christ. The material in this email is crucial for good catechism. Thank you.
