  1. At he top of my list is that an RCIA leader must be a disciple, a living witness to the good news that the RCIA process delivers to its candidates.

    Am I Honest? i.e. do I admit when I don’t know the answer?
    To me this increases the feeling that we are journeying together.

    You need to show your conviction and love of God. It needs to shine through you. It can’t be just word without the love that goes with the message.

  4. Check what you are reading /practising to develop your communication skills.
    I recommend “Non Violent Communication” by M.B.Rosenberg
