If you are just starting a catechumenate process

1. Purchase and read the RCIA.

2. Choose a catechumente team leader and have that person read the RCIA.

3. Along with your team leader, call together the rest of the team.

4. Begin holding inquiry sessions as soon as you are able.

5. Preach on the four most important doctrines of our faith.

If you’ve already started a catechumenate process

1. Review the RCIA and make sure your team members have read it too.

2. Upgrade the skills of your catechumente team leader.

3. With your team leader, evaluate which team members need to be recruited or strengthened

4. Move to a year-round process as soon as possible.

5. Continue preaching on the four most important doctrines of our faith.
