1. Purchase and read the RCIA

2. With the pastor, choose a catechumente team leader

3. With the pastor and team leader, call together the rest of the team

4. Begin holding inquiry sessions as soon as you are able

If you’ve already started a catechumenate process

1. Review the RCIA

2. In consultation with the pastor, upgrade the skills of your catechumente team leader

3. With the pastor and the team leader, evaluate which team members need to be recruited or strengthened

4. Move to a year-round process as soon as possible
