1. Purchase and read the RCIA

2. With the pastor, call together the rest of the team

3. Begin holding inquiry sessions as soon as you are able

If you’ve already started a catechumenate process

1. Review the RCIA

2. Evaluate the past year or years. What has worked well? What needs strengthening?

3. With your pastor, evaluate which team members need to be recruited or strengthened

4. Move to a year-round process as soon as possible
