Leisa Anslinger and Stephanie Moore will join us to discuss that even good servants need leadership skills if we are going to truly minister to the catechumens.
Stephanie Moore brings her passion and years of leadership, facilitation, and speaking experience to helping faith leaders build vibrant and engaged communities as the codirector of Catholic Life and Faith. She has worked in the areas of engagement, stewardship, leadership, and gifts discernment for more than ten years.
Those of us on RCIA teams don’t always think of ourselves as leaders. More often, we see ourselves as people of service. But even good servants need leadership skills if we are going to truly minister to the catechumens. That’s why we asked Leisa Anslinger and Stephanie Moore to join us for our next webinar. Leisa and Stephanie have extensive experience in both ministry formation and leadership training. They are going to help us look at these questions:
- Why is leadership an important ministry in the RCIA?
- What does leadership in ministry look like?
- How do we discover and develop our leadership skills?
- What impact will we have if we become stronger RCIA leaders?
