Refund Policy
Only books in resellable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, not including return shipping costs. TeamRCIA will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Downloadable items may not be returned or refunded.

Shipping Policy
If you purchased books, please allow 7-14 days for shipping. If you purchased an electronic file, please click the download link in your receipt to access your files.
