Books in resellable condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, not including return shipping costs. TeamRCIA will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
We will refund the purchase price of any downloadable items within 14 days of purchase. We trust that you will delete all files and passwords from your computer when the refund is processed.
For Premium and All-Access Memberships, we will gladly refund your membership fee and cancel your membership within the first month of the start or renewal of your membership.
