year round is difficult for those who have arrived with &quot;stories&quot; from those who have come into the Church in less than a year

it is definitely hard for the coordinator to re-educate his/her congregation

year round is also difficult for the instantaneous lifestyle of Gen X&#039;ers and Millennials AND the BabyBoomers(like me!) attempting to walk with them on their Faith journey
it is difficult for college students who leave our town for the summer

So, if you can address these hurdles, it will be grand
