		<description>I think the initial interview is extremely important to making a call on how well formed / catechised, which are two different subjects, the individual is. You have to have a basis to know if progress is being made. I do follow-up interviews with all the Canditates and Catechumens on a monthly basis. This makes discernment much easier. It is a very subjective decision but the signs are there if you look for them.</description>
